Last Day Hill Workout





We started our final day of camp with a morning hill workout near the resort. I felt really good about everyone's effort. We still have a few injuries that we need to keep a close eye on, but overall we have better depth than we've had since I arrived here at Utah four years ago. I feel like the freshmen are all fitting in very well and trying to learn from our returners. The returners look stronger a year later so we should have a great battle for spots later in the season when the championship meets limit the number of runners we can travel.

We will finish up camp with ice baths and breakfast followed by a team and individual goal setting session before heading back to campus. The freshmen still need to take a walk around campus to get an idea of where their classes are. We will also pick our meet gear and get locker assignments from our outstanding equipment guy, Chris Anderson.
